RENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The shortest let possible is one year.
A non-returnable holding deposit of £200 is payable to secure the property. Once occupied, this deposit will form part of the first month's rent.
A deposit of £700 is payable prior to receipt of keys. This deposit is returnable at the end of the tenancy subject to any damage sustained by the property.
Rent and other charges are payable one month in advance by direct debit to the landlord's account.
These are as follows
Rent (including ground rent and service charge) £ 700 per month
All other charges are the responsibility of the tenant. These are as follows:
Council Tax: (Band E: about £900 pa) Utility bills (gas, electricity, telephone)
