In one corner, electric card meter supplies electricity for lighting and storage heaters.

Open stairs to First floor. 3 bedrooms. 1 double-bed with hand-basin,

1 double bed without hand-basin, 1 twin beds with hand-basin,

In exceptional cases a fourth twin bedroom may be formed on the landing by pulling a curtain.

1 bathroom with WC, bidet bath and shower. 1 toilet with hand-basin.

The accommodation has the benefit of storage heaters, which are recharged at night. Additionally, all bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have convector heaters, which are connected to the electricity meter. Externally, there is uncovered parking space for two cars, a large lawn and wooded area and a number of walks starting from the cottage’s front door across beautiful country.

There are smoke alarms on each floor and a fire blanket and extinguisher on the ground floor.

There is a phone (01938 810 593)  which accepts all incoming calls but only outgoing emergency calls.

Pets are admitted but the local farmer is concerned that at all times when in the fields they are kept under strict supervision to avoid nuisance to sheep, Please respect the Country Code and keep gates shut at all times.
